Successful control of Pharaoh's Ants requires the destruction of nests, however the multi nesting behaviour of this species means that if one area of a building is infested, there is likelihood of extensive spread throughout the premises.
Surveys must be conducted to determine the extent of the infestation
- Hygiene / Management - ants' nests must be eradicated if infestations are to be sucessfully controlled.
- Insecticidal Control - a combination of conventional treatments and baiting will be necessary with care taken to ensure no pockets of infestation are missed.
